  • You can choose not to pay anything, or choose to pay £ 100, £ 250, £ 500 or £ 1,000.

Once you choose an additional, you choose whether you pay or not:

Once a year

Once a year, you make extra payments, even if you make two or more claims in the same plan year. If your claim goes on in the next plan year, then you have to pay extra. It also applies to everyone covered under your cover.

Every time you claim

Whenever you claim, you make extra payments. If you make two or more claims in the same plan year, then you have to make an additional payment for each claim you make. When you claim to treat a particular situation, we consider it a new claim after 12 months – therefore, you have to pay extra for any treatment after this point. It also applies to everyone covered under your cover.

Does not apply to some extra benefits

  • Additional levels described above do not apply when claiming for NHS Hospital Cash Benefit and Childbirth Cash Benefit.

Vitality Life Insurance

Monthly Price: £10.69 per month

Amount cover: £220,000

Year of cover: 25 Years

Critical Illness cover: £220,000

Critical Illness Cover

Critical illness cover is a type of life insurance policy that provides protection in critical illness or in the event of injury. If a policyholder is suffering from a particular illness or injury, the payment is made as a lump sum amount by the insurance provider, which can be tax-free. A Critical illness can include heart attacks, stroke and non-terminal cancers. Severe illness insurance may face physical inefficiency after injury, such as after a serious accident at work. In fact, serious illness is covered by insurance which will depend on the specific details of the life insurance you extracted.

Additional cover

  • Additional cover policies can pay more than once. If you are diagnosed with serious illness and death situation, then it will pay.
  • This type of policy caters to the needs of a person who wants to make a one-time payment after diagnosis of critical illness, without affecting the life cover which will be later.
  • This type of policy allows you to add a serious illness cover between your life insurance cover between 10% and 100% of the life insurance amount and it can be a cheaper option.
  • You need extra cover at the top of my life cover

100% Combine cover

  • The joint cover policy only pays once. If you are diagnosed with a serious illness or in the event of your death (not both), then it will pay.
  • This type of policy fulfills the needs of a person whose payment is made after the primary payment is received. One-time mortgage and / or other debt is to be paid.
  • This option would be cheaper than the extra cover for the same amount but your serious illness does not provide the option to change the cover and potentially exclude multiple payments.

  • If the critical illness cover is additional, then the policy price is £10.69 per month.
  • If the critical illness cover is combine, then the policy price is £70.73 per month.

Features & Benefits:

Depending on your medical history, family background, lifestyle or BMI, some insurers may need face to face medical or doctor reports. This can take up to 8 weeks, and in some cases, this may be done by your doctors or assessed by the insurer. During this time some insurers provide a temporary cover to ensure that they are safe while completing this procedure. The extent of cover, availability and cover vary by insurer and is subject to the answers to the questions during your full application. It is also sometimes known as the crashing death benefit.

The policy setup rating is 5 stars.

Guaranteed insurability
